ü         The SVG-Type V grooving machine is an updated product of its classic v groover; it takes every merit from the classic type，and combines with the most advanced technology of V grooving around the world , that meets the demands from extensive domestic and international V cutting customers.

ü         The SVG-Type V grooving machine uses rear-feed mechanism, the transverse beam is fixed ,and the V groove working table is changeable; that has exclusively eliminated working table deformation during V grooving and that ensures the±0.3mm distance between surface of the working table and blade-point ,and which solved the V groove depth and accuracy of the notch processed.

ü         The SVG-Type V-grooving machine extended the working life of the equipment. Owing to the adoption of carbide for the V groove working table ,and its HF quenched hardness reaches to HRC 55-60,far more harder than stainless steel, the wearing of the working table is very, very small, what is more is that there are 4 faces of the working table can be used for substitution .All these ultimately eliminated stamps from insufficient hardness of the V groove working table after long hours of processing.

ü         Higher the V grooving efficiency .The powerful V cutting motor together with 5 high-speed steel planer tools can cut V groove once with a depth maximum of 1.2mm.
