After changing new cutter or regrinded cutter, we shall calibrate the cutter. Procedure:
1. loosen all the cutter bolts to make V groove cutter can move freely;
2. put V grooving cutter calibrate block under the cutters, every cutter shall be put on required height;
3. in the CNC controll system, push button "Z", the machine will calibrate cutter height automaticly;
4. after Z servo motor stop, fasten all cutter bolts;
5. take away the height block.
